Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate vehicle restraints, lifts and safety equipment.
• Obtain State of Ohio Educational Aide Certificate after employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist bus driver with loading and unloading students.
• Help students cross the curb safely.
• Assist with wheelchair lifts and restraints as needed.
• Monitor student behavior and assist with discipline on route.
• Ensure students are seated and safe before moving the bus.
