Job summary

Monmouth Regional High School is seeking a Bus Aide to support student safety on the school bus. You will assist students as they board and exit, ensure they are seated, and help maintain a respectful environment during the ride.

You will also provide assistance to students with special needs as required, report concerns to the Bus Driver and school administration, and participate in emergency evacuations when necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with children, including students with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Must pass all required criminal background checks.

• Ensure students remain safely seated and follow bus safety rules.
