Regions Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Burn Unit. The role supports adults and pediatrics with burn, thermal, electrical, radiation, and chemical injuries in a verified Burn Center.

The unit has 18 beds with 8 critical care and 10 non-critical beds, operating under a family-centered care model. The nurse will join a team guided by evidence-based practice, with an orientation program and a nurse residency to support learning, role transition, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with 1 year RN experience
• RN license in Minnesota required
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
