Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Detroit Medical Center Children’s Hospital of Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Burn unit. The RN will lead nursing care for a group of patients, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, and BLS certification. BSN is preferred; the role supports development opportunities and collaborative patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care; monitors progress and prepares for discharge.
• Reports to senior unit management and participates in shared decision‑making activities.
