Job summary

UCHealth’s Burn Trauma Unit in Aurora, CO is seeking an ICU RN for a full-time, onsite role. The position offers a 72.00 hours per pay period schedule with day and night rotation and a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

The nurse will provide direct patient care in a technically complex ICU setting, working within a multidisciplinary team and focusing on evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes while supporting professional growth and UCHealth’s total

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• BLS and ACLS through recognized provider with cards in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Direct care in ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and contribute to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
