Job summary

Bronson Methodist Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Burn Tech to support the Trauma Care Unit under RN supervision. You will perform a range of burn care tasks, assist with ADLs, transport patients, stock supplies, and help prepare patients for procedures while upholding infection control standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and CNA experience is preferred. Current BLS and ABLS certifications within 6 months of hire are required, with burn care training

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical patient care to burn unit patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transport.
• Prepare patients for surgery and procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe unit; stock supplies.
• Document patient data in EMR accurately and promptly.
