Qualifications

• Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• RN degree from a nationally accredited college or university.
• Current BLS certification; other certifications may be required in specific units to practice.
• Minimum of 1-year clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a healthy work environment and collaborates for excellence in patient care outcomes.
• Performs nursing functions efficiently and per policy and the Indiana Nursing Practice Act.
• Documents nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides patient-centered care with attention to physiological, psychological, spiritual, and cultural needs.
