MetroHealth Main Campus - Glick Burn Intensive Care Unit is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts with rotating weekends and holidays (approx. 72 hours bi-weekly).

You will care for adult and pediatric burn patients using advanced tech, perform sterile dressings, manage drains, ventilators, and CRRT, and work with the care team including PCNAs, surgeons, and therapists. Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 6 months required; PRN needs 1 year RN experience; BSN and Magnet

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; Ohio RN license required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience; certifications on hire.
• Preferred BSN and Magnet-recognized certification.

Responsabilités

• Care for adults and pediatric burn patients; manage hemodynamic instability.
• Perform sterile dressing changes and prevent infections.
• Manage surgical drains, mechanical ventilators, and CRRT.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, residents, surgeons, respiratory therapy, and Child Life Specialists.
