Job summary

Research Medical Center in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Charge RN for the Burn Unit to lead nursing care and coordinate workflows. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and ensure adherence to unit standards.

The role requires ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications within 30 days, RN license, and an RN Diploma. This is a leadership position with opportunities to mentor staff and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• TNCC must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license is required to practice as a nurse.
• RN Diploma is required to practice as a nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
