Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Burn Center Program Administrator to oversee daily operations of the Burn Program, coordinate outreach, education, and survivor services, and ensure ABA/ACS verification readiness.

In collaboration with medical leadership, you will lead quality improvement initiatives, manage the burn registry, and build partnerships with EMS, institutions and community groups to improve patient outcomes and expand program reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• ABLS within 1 year required.
• ACLS within 1 year required.
• CPR within 1 year required.
• Clinical background in critical care and/or burn required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Additional experience and requirements may be required based on assigned medical clinics/practices required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a 4-tier burn PI program with BPM and director.
• Assist in burn outreach and education with partner institutions.
• Feedback to EMS agencies and referring physicians on burn outcomes.
• Represent the burn program at community events and meetings.
• Establish collaborative relationships to optimize patient outcomes.
• Coordinate burn survivor programs and maintain the SURVIVOR database.
• Support communication, education, and patient safety initiatives.
