Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN seeks a Burn Program Administrator to lead operations of the Burn Service-Line, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will supervise registration, coordinate outreach, and collaborate across disciplines to advance patient safety and outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, program development, and coordination with ABA/ACS burn center verification and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HealthCare Administration/Management or related area preferred.
• ABLS within 1 year required.
• ACLS within 1 year required.
• CPR within 1 year required.
• Clinical background in critical care and/or burn required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Additional experience and requirements may be required based on assigned medical clinics/practices required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate burn PI program to monitor quality of care and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with outreach coordinator to provide burn care training to partners.
• Provide feedback to EMS and referring facilities on patient outcomes and care issues.
• Represent the burn program at community events and meetings.
• Establish collaborative relationships to ensure optimal patient outcomes and professional practice.
• Coordinate burn survivor programs and maintain survivor database.
• Maintain relationships with burn foundations and assist patients as needed.
• Work with medical staff to set goals and initiatives to improve communication, safety and satisfaction.
• Coordinate assessment of care policies and guidelines relevant to burn patients.
