Staffmark Group in Crystal Lake, IL is recruiting a Bundler Operator Assistant to support production by operating packaging/bundling equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires reading work instructions, following safety procedures, and assisting machine operators. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior manufacturing experience valued; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Bundler Operator Assistant.

Schedules:

• A Shift: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, Week 1: M/T/F/Sat; Week 2: Sun/W/Thur


• B Shift: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, Week 1: Sun/W/Th; Week 2: M/T/F/Sat

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.


• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
