Job summary

Ohmstede Ltd. in Louisiana seeks a Bundle Shop Foreman to direct testing and assembly of components, bundles and heat exchangers, including repairs and rebuilds.

You will provide leadership of personnel and oversee equipment, production schedules, and related activities. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in shell and tube exchanger fabrication, supervisory experience, and familiarity with ASME/TEMA/API standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years in shell and tube exchanger manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Experience with ASME, TEMA and/or API is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly to meet production schedule.
• Direct testing, installation, and loading of units.
• Maintain safety and enforce procedures.
• Manage documentation for subordinates.
• Coach and evaluate staff.
• Schedule personnel and material to meet production needs.
