Job summary

Ohmstede Ltd. seeks a Bundle Shop Foreman to direct testing and assembly of components, bundles and heat exchangers. The role provides leadership of personnel and oversees equipment, production schedule and facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising workflow, enforcing procedures, training staff, and ensuring safety compliance. Experience with shell and tube exchangers and related processes is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; knowledge of metals, production and fabrication.
• 1st class boilermaker rating preferred.
• Experience with shell and tube exchangers and related equipment is a plus.
• ASME/API/TEMA knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct testing and assembly of components, bundles and heat exchangers, including repairs and rebuilds.
• Lead and supervise personnel; manage workflow and schedule.
• Ensure safety, enforce procedures, and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain documentation on subordinates and performance evaluations.
