Kwik Trip, Inc. in La Crosse, WI is hiring for a Bun Packaging Crew member at our Bread and Bun Plant. You will train to operate bakery equipment and package bread products in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery equipment to package bread products.
• Assist with maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow production schedules and quality checks.
• Support a 7:00am–5:00pm daytime shift with Monday–Saturday work days.

Full Pay Range: $18.00to$24.96
Shift: Daytime
Status: Full Time

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties.

Join our Bun Packaging Crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to package our delicious bread products.

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with rotating days off, working 7:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications

Physical Qualifications

• work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F
• kneel/squat occasionally
• push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally
• lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally
