Job summary
Consilio LLC is seeking an Application Administrator to support and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring performance and availability. The role reports to the Product Owner for Bullhorn and other tools, and involves guiding teammates, troubleshooting platform issues, and enhancing system usage.
The ideal candidate will communicate complex technical concepts clearly to end users and collaborate with IT, HR, and other business functions to drive service improvements and platform adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of IT experience on application operations in a large-scale environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems (HRIS/CRM/ERP).
- Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise applications ensuring performance and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Development, HR, business units) for enhancements and upgrades.
- Document processes and provide knowledge resources for admins and end users.
- Generate reports on usage, performance, and issues to drive improvements.
- Stay updated on application updates and deprecated functionality affecting production.
