Job summary

JM Recruiting is seeking a Terminal Manager for the Great Falls, MT terminal. The role oversees daily bulk transload operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency across processes and documentation.

You will lead personnel, support capital improvements, and ensure reliability through proactive maintenance and prompt repairs. The candidate should have at least 5 years in terminal/rail/transloading environments, be capable of long hours and rotating shifts, and meet training

Qualifications

• Must be available 24/7 and able to work full days and periodic alternate shifts.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and move around.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Minimum 5 years’ prior experience with terminal/rail/transloading operations.
• Must be able to pass OSHA, HazMat, HAZWOPER and FRA related training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the bulk transload terminal.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
• Manage administrative reporting and documentation.
• Lead personnel and coordinate capital improvement projects.
