Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks a Terminal Manager for the Great Falls, MT bulk transload terminal. You will lead daily operations, supervise personnel, assure product quality, and maintain rigorous environmental compliance and documentation control.

The role drives capital improvement projects, coordinates repairs, and implements preventive maintenance to ensure terminal reliability. A strong safety record and ability to work long hours on a 24/7 schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ prior experience with terminal, rail, or transloading operations in a chemical processing environment.
• Ability to work 24/7 with long hours, nights and weekends, including holidays.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in safety protocols and PPE; training in OSHA, HazMat, HAZWOPER, and FRA is expected.
• Fluent English; able to communicate site information clearly.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Citizen of the U.S.; drug-free workplace with pre-employment and random testing.
• Able to operate in office and plant environments with exposure to process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the bulk transload terminal.
• Provide administrative reporting and lead terminal staff.
• Ensure product quality, environmental compliance, and documentation control.
• Plan and support capital improvements and expansion projects.
• Maintain terminal reliability through troubleshooting, repairs coordination, and preventive maintenance.
