Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Terminal Manager in Great Falls, MT to oversee daily bulk transload terminal operations, emphasizing safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include reporting, leadership, QA, documentation, and supporting capital projects.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in terminal/rail/transloading roles, pass required trainings, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays in a demanding industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available 24/7 and able to work full days and periodic alternate shifts.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and able to bend, stoop and kneel as needed.
• Able to enter confined spaces and wear proper PPE when required.
• Able to climb railcars and tanks.
• Working in office conditions with some outdoor manufacturing environment and extreme temperatures.
• Able to lift 50-75lbs repetitively.
• Must be able to work over nights and weekends, some holidays may be required.
• Minimum 5 years’ prior experience with terminal, rail, or transloading operations and product receipts by rail and truck alternately within a chemical processing environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass OSHA, HazMat, HAZWOPER and FRA related training.
• Must be fluent in English and a U.S. citizen.
