Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality; able to follow SOPs and SQF requirements.
• Basic math skills for measurements, weighing, and quantities.
• Clear communication, both written and oral, with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant Bulk Sugar Supply System and related equipment (air compressors, dense phase system, dehumidifiers, dust collectors, chiller, and sugar water skid).
• Load bulk trucks and railcars according to SOP and verify scale tickets and shipping documents.
• Monitor silo/bin levels and coordinate sugar transfers from Refinery to Packaging or Bulk Loading.
• Ensure product quality by tracking CTQ parameters and performing SQF-related checks and documentation.
