Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a dependable Bulk Seed Technician to join our seed production team in Ralls, Texas. This role focuses on receiving, storing, maintaining, and transporting hybrid grain sorghum seed while ensuring product quality and purity.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to safety, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to operate in peak harvest seasons.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical ability to work around loading equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload seed trucks during harvest operations.
• Monitor seed quality by checking moisture and temperature levels.
• Collect and evaluate bin samples and monitor stored seed for insects.
• Operate aeration systems and fans to maintain proper storage conditions.
• Transport seed to the processing facility as needed.
• Clean trucks, augers, belts, and other equipment to ensure seed purity.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintain safe conditions.
• Support a strong safety culture by following safety policies and meetings.
• Maintain bulk storage yards, including housekeeping and weed control.
• Assist other departments and operations as needed.
