Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must successfully complete all phases of the Storage and Loading training program.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and equipment requirements.
• Ability to calculate process requirements and accurately record operating information.
• Ability to use tools and equipment required for duties.
• Ability to plan work and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Load bulk material into railcars and trucks safely and accurately.
• Operate process control equipment using PLCs, RSView, and PanelView.
• Start/stop process equipment and monitor performance.
• Monitor oil and feed rates to maximize quality and minimize loss.
• Weigh railcars and enter railcar numbers and tare weights.
• Record operating data from multiple sources accurately.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation and report problems.
