Job summary

At MFA Incorporated, a leading agricultural cooperative, we are seeking a driven sales technician to promote and sell fertilizer and crop protection products from our Bulk Plant facility in Brookfield, Missouri.

You will support counter sales, assist with day-to-day Agri-Service Center operations, and collaborate with a team of agronomy professionals to provide farmers with whole-farm solutions. This role requires physical stamina and a readiness to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or equivalent experience.
• Class B CDL (or willing to obtain).
• Knowledge of livestock production.
• Knowledge of agronomy and grain handling/marketing.
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Mechanical ability (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote sales of fertilizer and crop protection products at the Bulk Plant facility.
• Assist with counter sales and the day-to-day operations of the Agri-Service Center as needed.
• All duties performed in accordance with company policies.
