Job summary

First American is seeking an onboarding expert to manage bulk loan onboarding for ServiceMac clients. You will coordinate with clients, retiring servicers, and internal teams to ensure timely transfer activities and clear timelines.

You will lead project plans, maintain communications with all stakeholders, and deliver top-tier customer service throughout the lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in mortgage servicing or related roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of directly related experience.
• Leadership and consensus-building across groups.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in Mortgage Servicing, Transfers of Servicing.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulk loan onboarding processes and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients, retiring servicers, and internal teams on transfers.
• Hold online meetings to set expectations and timelines with all parties.
• Create and maintain project plans with up-to-date activities.
• Ensure accurate communication across all stakeholders.
• Provide the highest levels of professional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead post-onboarding Lessons Learned to identify improvements.
• Update Bulk Procedures and Transfer Instructions.
