Bulk Loader Operator

SHIFT: Third shift (11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)

PAY: $25.00 + $1.00 shift differential

Job Summary

This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business, supporting our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers, and large retailers across the United States. We innovate nutrition products and practices through industry-leading R&D and partnerships to help animals reach their full potential for a healthier, more productive life.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging equipment.
• Operate machines to manufacture products according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality, discard or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate production records and examine materials for processing.
• Operate all equipment and monitor machine parameters, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Required Experience

• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
• Perform duties wearing PPE.
• Work in varying temperature zones, including cold and hot environments, with potential dust exposure.
• Shift work including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
