Job summary

Winland Foods seeks a Bulk Loader Material Handler to operate and maintain rail and truck equipment, monitor processes, and ensure high quality standards across shifts. You’ll work in a collaborative team, perform changeovers, document results in SAP, and support continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, at least 1 year in manufacturing or food production, and forklift certification if pursuing Advanced Level.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred or required for Advanced Level; willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic rail and truck machinery.
• Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep packaging flowing.
• Perform routine operation checks and daily inspections.
• Ensure proper sanitation after changeovers.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives in area.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
• Train and mentor team members in advanced operations.
