Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a Bulk Loader to join our Houston manufacturing team. You will support production by ensuring raw materials are available, loading materials into reactors, and maintaining batch records in SAP.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from operating material handling equipment to performing basic quality checks and preventive maintenance. A HS diploma and at least one year in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience handling systems and quality data.
  • 1 year of quality control testing (e.g., pH tests).
  • 1 year of experience mixing several tanks and documenting it.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily production schedules and ensure raw materials are available.
  • Follow process instructions and add raw materials to reactors.
  • Observe product during processing and report out-of-spec materials; consult Quality personnel.
  • Clean reactors.
  • Operate forklifts, palletizers, scales, and pumps for material handling.
  • Transfer product into containers, tanks, and drums.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities.
  • Understand and perform Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO).
  • Enter batch information into SAP.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:
  • Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available
  • Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors
  • Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consultswith Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
  • Properly cleansout reactors
  • Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
  • Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.
  • Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
  • Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities
  • Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)
  • Completespaperwork and enter batch information into SAP
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)
  • 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
