Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a Bulk Loader in Houston to join a fast-growing industrial services team. You will support daily production schedules, ensure materials are available, and follow process instructions to add raw materials to reactors.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, including quality control testing and multi-tank mixing with documented records.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year manufacturing experience involving systems, pumps, and quality data.
  • At least 1 year of QC testing experience (sampling, pH tests).
  • At least 1 year of experience mixing multiple tanks and completing related documents.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily production schedules and ensure raw materials are available.
  • Follow process instructions and add raw materials to reactors.
  • Monitor product quality and report out-of-spec materials or batch issues; coordinate with Quality.
  • Clean reactors after use.
  • Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps, and other material handling equipment.
  • Transfer product into containers such as tanks, totes, drums, etc.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and manage Autonomous Maintenance activities.
  • Understand and perform Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO).
  • Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:
  • Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available
  • Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors
  • Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consultswith Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
  • Properly cleansout reactors
  • Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
  • Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.
  • Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
  • Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities
  • Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)
  • Completespaperwork and enter batch information into SAP
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)
  • 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
