Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Cryogenic distribution experience a plus.
• 5–10 years transportation experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety through regional safety programs and initiatives.
• Champion safety and compliance in the region.
• Conduct accident and injury investigations.
• Train and provide qualified drivers and resources to meet daily schedule requirements.
• Manage the hours of service for all drivers and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Improve profitability by reducing cost to deliver.
• Manage maintenance programs for distribution vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor and manage cost to maintain operation against budget.
• Administration management including payroll and customer billing.
• Work with and support area sales and production efforts.
• Strong coaching and developing skills.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA and hazardous material regulations.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
