Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, businesses, and communities. You will operate propane trucks, perform safety inspections, and provide courteous service as the face of Ferrellgas in your local area.

Eligible candidates have a Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly), a high school diploma, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good driving record.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
