Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses, with local routes and home nightly expectations.

You’ll join a safety-minded team with opportunities for training, PTO, and retirement benefits, while supporting customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required or in process
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred or can be obtained quickly
• Must maintain a clean driving record and safe work habits

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork and integrity while on the road.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Operate propane trucks following DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs.
• Assist customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend deliveries.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
