Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will package, price, rotate stock by code dates, and keep the bulk area clean and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes night, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate mutual respect within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. vertically/horizontally, up to 4 feet, for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods; package and price bulk items.
• Rotate product by code dates and keep bulk area clean and presentable.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure bulk items are properly prepared and priced.
• Assist Bulk Manager and maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise as needed throughout the day.
