Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, package, and stock bulk foods with a focus on accuracy and presentation. You will rotate products by date, assist customers, and support the Bulk Manager while keeping the area clean and safe.

In this fast-paced role you’ll lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and contribute to a friendly, health-focused shopping environment at our neighborhood market.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate respect and strong ethics within Sprouts culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay organized.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. and move product for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods per the Bulk plan.
• Package, wrap, and price bulk items clearly and accurately.
• Rotate products by dates and ensure cleanliness of the Bulk area.
• Assist Bulk Manager and support store operations as needed.
• Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
