Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and presentation while delivering excellent customer service in a busy store.

The role requires rotating stock by code dates, assisting the Bulk Manager, and helping with receiving and stocking throughout the day. A fast-paced environment and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Demonstrate mutual respect and uphold Sprouts DEI culture.
• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Show good communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate without mechanical assistance.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock bulk foods as directed.
• Package, weigh, and price bulk items accurately.
• Rotate products using code dates and keep bulk area clean.
• Assist Bulk Manager and unload stock as needed.
