Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. in Artesia, NM seeks a Cement Bulk Plant Hand to support daily bulk plant operations, monitor yard and perform housekeeping.

The role requires the ability to work 12+ hour shifts including days or nights, weekends, holidays, and in extreme weather conditions, with forklift duties and PPE usage.

Candidates should have clear English communication and physical stamina; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills; must be able to read and follow directions in English.
• Forklift operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bulk plant operations.
• Operate forklift to scale out products, load hopper, and load or unload pallets (when applicable).
• Monitor yard and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Wear full face respirator.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper PPE.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
