Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a Cement Bulk Plant Hand to support daily bulk plant operations at our US facility. The role involves operating a forklift to scale products, load hoppers, and pallets, while monitoring the yard and maintaining housekeeping.

The position requires wearing a full face respirator and adhering to HSE policies. Candidates should be able to work 12+ hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow directions in English.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe hand tools.
• Able to communicate with teammates and supervisors.
• Able to work 12+ hour shifts including days/nights/weekends.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bulk plant operations.
• Operate forklift to scale out products, load hopper, and load or unload pallets.
• Monitor yard and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Wear full face respirator.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions and safety meetings, and always utilize proper PPE.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
