Job summary

AA2IT is seeking a Bulk Plant Operator in Artesia, CA to safely manage bulk plant facilities and ensure on-time delivery of products to wellsites. You will implement standard work, monitor quality, and reduce environmental impact through adherence to HSE policies.

Responsibilities include blending products, coordinating movements with PSD/Logistics, maintaining equipment, and performing routine inventory and paperwork. Lodging may be provided for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Entry level: 0–3 years; no prior experience required.
• Mid level: minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to wellsite on time.
• Coordinate movement of bulk products with the PSD and Logistics Team.
• Maintain bulk plant equipment and keep the plant clean.
• Perform monthly inventory and daily paperwork for goods received and shipped.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
