Job summary

ECOLAB is seeking a Bulk Bay Spotter / Loader at our McDonough, GA facility. You will be responsible for accurate picking, packing, preparation, and shipping of orders, plus material handling and cycle count tasks to support safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 2 years in manufacturing and chemical mixing, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. $25.50/hr plus a $0.45 shift differential and potential overtime, on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of working in a Manufacturing Plant.
• 2 years of working with Chemical Mixing.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize work to support manufacturing, IPW, QC and customer service.
• Connect hoses to proper pipelines to transfer material to correct tank.
• Assemble load packages for driver and record seals on tanker.
• Match numbers on shipping logs, labels, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Follow regulations (DOT, Hazmat, FDA, etc.) pertaining to storage and shipment of chemical products.
• Assist with wastewater treatment, tote offs & labeling.
• Accurately complete paperwork and documentation.
• Wash lines and tanks per procedures and perform wash water and salvage/recoup activities.
• Maintain 5S standards.
• Cross train and operate in both inbound and outbound areas as needed.
• Safely spot tankers in bay area for product transfer and for inbound/outbound operations.
• Safely receive, spot, and unload railcars and notify operations for pickup.
• Safely complete additional tasks as instructed.
