Hanover Consumer Cooperative Society Inc. in Lebanon, NH is hiring a Front End/Department Associate to provide high-level customer service and support daily operations.
You will stock, rotate, and maintain product displays, assist customers, answer phones, and participate in meetings and trainings to uphold Co-op standards. You’ll need a high school diploma, proficiency with Office 365, Excel and Word, and experience with the ECRS POS system.

Position Overview: Consistently provide a high level of customer service meeting the needs of the customer as well as the location. Assist in the daily operations of the department. Has or acquires the knowledge to efficiently complete the daily procedures needed for departmental success. Stocks, prepares, packages, and maintains product for specific areas for retail sales. Assist Supervisors when requested and/or required.

Attendance Requirements: Flexible hours, including weekend and evening shifts. Availability to be scheduled to work any day of the week, according to department needs.
