Job summary

Lebanon Food Store is seeking a Bulk Associate in Lebanon, NH. You will consistently deliver top‑tier customer service, stock and prepare products, and support department operations to ensure smooth daily routines.

Responsibilities include assisting Supervisors, mentoring new staff, answering calls, and maintaining product knowledge while complying with safety procedures and Co‑op policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in ECRS POS system and processes.
• Proficiency in use of Office 365, Excel and Word.
• Serve Safe certification acquired as needed.
• Excellent follow through.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service within the department.
• Stock, prepare, package, and maintain products for retail.
• Assist Supervisors and mentor staff as needed.
• Answer, page, and transfer phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Adhere to Co‑op policies and complete required trainings.
