Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Mechanicsville and Ashland is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a flexible, 24/7 operation.

The BAM Specialist may provide vacation coverage and serve as the first contact for weekend route coverage, coordinating with customers, merchandisers and drivers for order refusals and inventory flow. You will drive sales by managing assigned customers, executing promotions, and maintaining displays to achieve strong

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and on shelves according to procedures and programs; provides vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes; generates sales orders based on delivery frequency to support revenue, volume and gross profit.
• Executes promotions, new products and marketing initiatives to ensure strong RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes back room by stocking and arranging product, returning pallets, shells, damaged or obsolete products to the branch.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates product and checks vendor operations for proper execution.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests, pricing, programs, and new opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues or market changes and communicates them; ensures all duties are performed safely.
• May handle late PM/early AM weekend coverage and coordinate between customer, merchandiser and driver.
