Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy across ALCOA, Louisville, Maryville, Townsend, TN areas. Early morning starts and weekend shifts are required.

You will build customer relationships, rotate shelf displays, manage inventory, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and route coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 year of work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Manages a group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and product launches to ensure RED scores.
• Organizes back room and maintains inventory and display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper merchandising.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel and coordinates with drivers.
