Coca-Cola Consolidated in Roanoke is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within a 24/7 operation. You will manage displays, execute promotions, and coordinate with merchandisers and drivers to ensure on-time coverage.

This role focuses on generating sales, maintaining shelves, and fostering relationships with store personnel while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year or less of work experience is common for entry roles.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Manages and executes on a group of customers via daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products for right execution daily.
• Organizes back room and shelves, returns damaged and outdated product.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates products.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
• Monitors competitive issues and market activities affecting the business.
• May cover weekends and coordinate between customer, merchandiser, and driver.
