Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage sales, ordering and in-store presentation for assigned customers on daily routes. You will execute promotions, stock shelves, and maintain backroom organization while delivering excellent service.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid Indiana driver’s license. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize planograms and ensure safe handling of products as you

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and plans to ensure RED scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room and stocks product by package/flavor.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates Fastlane merchandisers.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel and discusses requests, pricing, opportunities.
