Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in Mount Airy to support the POD model across a flexible, 24/7 operation. You will coordinate coverage, manage orders, and ensure proper route execution to optimize revenue and gross profit.

The role emphasizes weekend support, liaison between customers, merchandisers, and drivers, and adherence to safety while handling inventory and promotions across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, and plans.
• Organizes and maintains back room, stacks products, and handles returns/damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on shelves.
