Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist for a flexible, 24/7 operation across Mechanicsville, Ashland, and Kilmarnock.

You will support the POD model, cover vacations, coordinate with merchandisers and drivers, and manage order flow and inventory to ensure solid store coverage and sales performance. The role emphasizes route execution, customer relations, and the ability to adapt to weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 years of work experience is typical for this role.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelf; provides vacation coverage for other merchandisers.
• Manages, sells, and executes for a group of customers on daily routes; generates sales orders based on delivery frequency.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure Right Execution Daily scores.
• Organizes and maintains back room; stacks and arranges product, returns pallets, copies, damaged/outdated product to branch.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates product and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, programs, and activities discussion.
• Identifies competitive issues and market activities; communicates and assists with route coverage and inventory matters.
