Coca‑Cola Consolidated seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser in Morristown to sell, order, and present products across assigned customers and routes. You’ll drive promotions, ensure accurate orders, and execute plans while maintaining safe handling and quality guidelines.

You will merchandise displays, rotate stock, and collaborate with store teams to maximize revenue and share. The role emphasizes customer relations, accurate pricing, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Previous customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding setting (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Shows initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages and services a group of customers on daily routes and processes sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to achieve Right Execution Daily scores.
• Rotates and merchandises products on display and on shelves.
• Maintains back room organization and returns pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where allowed.
• Builds business relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates them to the team and adapts accordingly.
