Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and grounds maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with supervision for specialized repairs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for facility events and operations.
  • Assist in Hazmat response.
  • Aerial lift and forklift trained/qualified to perform duties.
  • Knowledge of gas farm operation and maintenance.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in building and grounds maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
