Job summary

MARATHON STAFFING GROUP is seeking a dependable Grounds Maintenance Specialist to help keep outdoor spaces attractive, safe, and well-kept. This 40-hour-per-week position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and taking pride in hands-on landscaping, irrigation, and general grounds upkeep.

You will mow, trim, prune, maintain lawns and landscaped areas, diagnose plant health issues, operate equipment, and support landscape improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining large-scale grounds.
• Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Ability to diagnose lawn, tree, and plant issues.
• Experience with maintaining and repairing landscaping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and independence.

We're seeking a dependable Grounds Maintenance Specialist to help maintain attractive, safe, and well-kept outdoor spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience with landscaping, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance. This position will be 40 hours per week and is anticipated to last for 8 months.

What You'll Do

• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
• Identify and address plant health, irrigation, and grounds maintenance issues.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and general landscape upkeep.
• Assist with landscape improvement projects and irrigation maintenance.
• Operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs on groundskeeping equipment and tools.

What We're Looking For
