Job summary

Enfield Farms Inc. in Lynden, WA seeks a groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, mowing lawns, pruning, planting, and managing irrigation systems. You will perform sprinkler repairs, schedule irrigation seasonally, and operate landscaping equipment while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Perform general landscaping duties including pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting
• Install, inspect, and maintain landscape and lawn irrigation systems
• Perform plumbing-related repairs on irrigation systems, including fixing leaks, replacing valves, repairing sprinkler heads, and adjusting water pressure
• Troubleshoot and service irrigation system components such as controllers, valves, pipes, and drip lines
• Adjust irrigation schedules seasonally for water efficiency and plant health
• Operate, clean, and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters)
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools and small engines
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed and in accordance with safety regulations
• Perform seasonal maintenance including snow removal, leaf cleanup, and storm debris clearing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and adhere to company safety procedures

Job Summary

To maintain the outside grounds, parking area, lawns, plants, driveways, clean, attractive and pest free.

Essential Functions

This role is responsible for the care and maintenance of outdoor spaces including lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas, with a strong emphasis on lawn mowing, irrigation system management, basic plumbing repairs, and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining clean, healthy, and visually appealing grounds.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Work is normally performed outside and in inclement weather conditions
